Safe to Shake use PayPal for handling online payments but you do not need to have a PayPal account, credit & debit cards are accepted without having to sign up to PayPal.
Here is a very quick summary for those of you that do not know PayPal.
PayPal is a secure way to pay for things online without passing your financial details to the trader.
Once you have set up a PayPal account you need never enter your financial details on a PayPal accepted site again. PayPal uses the highest level of data encryption, industry leading technology & fraud prevention tools. This allows you to shop with peace of mind while on the Safe to Shake website.

Delivery to the UK Mainland should be in 3 working days, please allow more time for delivery to other locations.
We try to keep delivery costs to a minimum wherever possible, however due to weight & size delivery to outside the UK Mainland does incur a surcharge.
Price of postage is per item but if products can be placed together to reduce price Safe to Shake will reimburse the extra postage costs (through PayPal). At the discretion of Safe to Shake.

Returns & Exchanges
Your right to return goods is protected under the distance selling directive. We hope you’re delighted with your Safe to Shake purchases but we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the right size.
You are entitled to cancel your order & return the goods within 7 working days (at your own expense) for a refund. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost & risk of loss & damage when returning goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, for example if the goods are faulty or we have accidentally sent the incorrect size ordered. If this is the situation we will pay for the return costs so you will receive a full refund (Item & postage costs).
Please note ALL our ordered items are quality checked before dispatch.
It is important that you have followed all the size guide information provided before ordering your purchase to eliminate the situation of ordering the wrong size.
When you first receive your new item it is suggested you place the item alongside your dog to judge if it will fit before trying it on.
If you would like to return or exchange the product, please contact us via email@example.com Any returned goods must be in a saleable condition, which means no fur inside the item, including inside the legs of the suit & inside the sighthound snood. All tags need to remain on the item.
These terms apply to your current order, we may change our terms & conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms apply in the future.
None of the terms affect your legal rights & these are not diminished in any way.
Simply return the item within 7 days unused (& dog hair free!) in its original condition with all packaging intact. Ensure if your purchase has been supplied with a free micro fiber towel this is also included. Safe to Shake drying coats must be in their original packaging. Safe to Shake labels must still be on the coat. If the coat is returned is a state that cannot be resold, then we will not be refunding the full amount. Ensure if you are returning a human waterproof coat that the free treat bag is included. It has been suggested on the website that you must check the size guide before purchasing your dog coats. When we receive it back we will arrange either an exchange or refund. Please note that we do not refund the postage charge for exchanging an item where the incorrect size has been selected & you may be charged delivery for exchanging coats, depending on the cost increase for the new size & address location.

How do I return an item?
A suggestion is to return via Royal Mail at the Post Office
We would always recommend that you track the delivery as it’s difficult to help or assist if the item doesn’t make it back to us. Simply take the item to your local post office to arrange the return. Returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect size has been sent by the Safe to Shake team accidentally as per order instructions.

Can I return an item which was on sale?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any items purchased in our sale unless they are faulty. Sale items are normally end of lines or discontinued lines which is why they are such bargains!
